Project Coordinator
The project coordinator provides tactical assistance to project managers and is responsible for overall project administrative tasks including: contract administration, documentation and filing, punch list and warranty follow-ups.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience coordination and administrating construction bids, accounting, and procurement of construction material.
College degree with administrative experience in construction development.
A general knowledge of construction and blue print drawings is preferred.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, execute, and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
Ability to communicate professionally: orally and in writing. Ability to present information clearly and concisely.
Strong relationship building skills.
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent internal and external customer service.
Must be self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
Experience using MS Office with strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Essential Responsibilities:
Assists with the day-day process of coordinating the design and construction of client projects. Tracks and manages all documentation.
Assists in coordination and preparation of project bid packages, Instructions to Bidders, Notices to Proceed, and project close-out documents.
Coordinates and monitors procurement of client furnished construction items.
Creates and maintains current and organized client project files.
Maintains current client project cost data though the use of a cost tracking software application.
Ensures timely processing of client vendor invoices including data input, project manager approval, invoice discrepancy resolution, and distribution to clients for payment.
Works with project manager regarding project close out, change orders, etc.
Escalates recognized site-related issues to project manger for guidance and resolution.
Assists in the administrative tasks such as calendar management and distribution, travel arrangements, expense reports, and drawing organization.
Communicates with multiple clients and vendors.
Performs general office administrative task.
